FREE ZUMBA COURSE

Zumba, a dance and fitness program created by Colombian dancer Alberto Perez in the 1990s, is an exercise phenomenon. Women and men from all over the world are dancing to get fit with Zumba, a unique and very fun dance form consisting of dance steps such as samba, salsa, merengue and mambo, with a touch of hip.

Zumba is such a good time for many that it has been called a “dance and fitness party”. Although Zumba was initially presented to many through exercise DVDs, this exercise program has taken off. Now, Zumba’s fitness programs are enjoyed everywhere, from fitness studios to church basements.

Most Zumba exercise classes consist of large groups, which adds to the unique camaraderie of its participants. Funny dance steps and lively Latin music are all it takes to get you sweating and enjoying the benefits of excellent cardiovascular exercise.

If you want to be at your best or become an instructor of a fun exercise program, a Free Zumba Course is right for you.

What are the Zumba Courses ?

A Zumba Course is a workout where you will do fitness exercises combined with Latin dances. A typical Zumba class lasts approximately one hour, and all classes include a dynamic warm-up, a period of high-energy dancing and then a cool-down, accompanied by stretching exercises.

Each song in a Zumba routine has its own dance routine, allowing participants to master the movements through repetition. Zumba Courses may involve first learning the basic Zumba movements, which include merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggae, allowing them to catch up with the routine once the music starts.

Zumba courses can be with a small group or with just one or two people. Because part of Zumba’s appeal is its simplicity, you may not hear any strict corrections, instead they let students have fun while moving to the music.

These Zumba Courses are also designed to study the process of educating and motivating students to start, improve and adhere to an exercise program.
